Today I started my day walking aimlessly around Notre Dame looking for the wall with the thing. Let me explain… When I was around 2 my aunt and uncle lived in South Bend, IN and there is a picture of the side of building with a mural on it from a visit we took to Notre Dame. So, I wanted to have my own memory of seeing that mural and not just from seeing a picture from a visit I don’t remember. I spent an hour walking around the campus trying to find this building because I couldn’t just walk up to someone and say, “Could you tell me how to get to the wall with the thing?” Finally I find it and oh, is it beautiful! I turn around after taking the picture to find myself face-to-face with the Knute Rockne entrance to the Notre Dame football field. Holy crap!! What luck!! A few more pictures later and it’s time to go. I’ve got a chocolate company to visit! After looking at, and smelling, TONS of yummy chocolate products I bought an iced mocha and was on my way. Trust me, it was VERY hard to walk outta there without any chocolate peanut butter fudge or peanut butter maltballs or a dish of peanut butter ice cream….ahhhh, I’m drooling on my laptop!!

So, after South Bend I head to another college town, Valparaiso, to get some pictures of the Chapel of the Resurrection. I have to say, the pictures I took DO NOT do it justice! I can’t describe the beauty of those massive stained glass windows. You must go see it if you are ever in that area.

Today I went back to school to see some beautiful architechture and I’m spending the night with a view of a lake.
