Hi there, I’m Gunner! I’m a 2-year-old guy with a gentle heart and a sweet soul!

I can be a little timid when we first meet, but give me just a bit of time and you’ll see my true self shine. Once I warm up, I’m incredibly sweet, affectionate, and so grateful for kind humans. I love tasty treats – and I take them very gently, just to show you what a polite boy I am!

I enjoy going on walks and do a nice job walking on a leash. At the shelter, I’ve had positive interactions with other pups and really enjoy romping around the play yard with my doggy friends. Playtime makes me happy, but I also have a softer side.

My dream home is one where I can play and explore during the day, then curl up close and snuggle at night with my favorite people. I have so much love to give and would be honored to find a forever family who will help me continue building my confidence and shower me with affection.
